Wonton Taco
Ingredients:

For the filling:

6 to 8-Finely chopped Mushrooms
1 small finely chopped onions
1/2 cup-Black Beans
1/2 cup-corn
Salt & Pepper
1-tsp Garlic Salt
2-Green chillies
Chopped Parsley
1 cup-Shredded monterey jack cheese
For Salsa Topping:
--------------------------
1 small-Finely chopped onion
1-finely chopped Jalapeno
Chopped cilanto
1 small-chopped de-seed Tomatoes
1-chopped Avacado
Juice of 1 lime
Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
-------------------
Heat a pan-Add 2 tbsp oil,When hot add the chopped mushrooms.Saute few minutes and then add the chopped onions,finely chopped green chillies,black beans and corn.Saute until the mixture is well combined and cooked through.Season with Garlic Powder,salt and pepper.Garnish with chopped parsley.Remove and keep the filling aside.
Combine the salsa ingredients together.Keep aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F.Lightly Spray the muffin sheet and Line with wonton skin.Place a small amount of filling into each cup,top with cheese.Place it in the oven for 10-15 mins until the wonton is slightly golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove and top with salsa topping and serve as a starter.
